This happens far to much to be just accidents, these are wrongful actions, unlawful even, our police agencies have all the resources they can get their hands on and their is absolutely no excuse for mishaps like these, 0 tolerance for mistakes should be the day here, especially with innocent people involved. They could have killed what appears to be an innocent life, then what, it was a mistake? Mistakes are made by unpredictable circumstances, wrongs are made from deliberate miscalculations when you knew of the dangers to both to yourself and the victims without careful insuring the right people are targeted and committed to those actions without properly insuring that you will not hurt innocent people, this goes to both civilians and our police forces. Your bloody professionals…
