Jim Kouri: Pentagon agrees to submit Fort Hood documents to U.S. lawmakers

The department previously had objected to giving the committee access to these documents on the grounds that doing so could endanger Hasan’s prosecution. Hasan has been charged with 13 counts of murder and 32 counts of attempted murder.

Military to Discipline Officers for Failing to Report Views of Suspect in Texas Shootings

“People familiar with the matter said the Army had earlier notified eight officers that they were under investigation, including Col. John Bradley, who until recently ran Walter Reed’s psychiatry department, and Col. Charles Engel, a psychiatrist who supervised Maj. Hasan when he was doing a fellowship at the Uniformed Services University of the Health Sciences.”

“What you generally see is that some officers who were aware of his shortcomings didn’t take appropriate actions in response,” the senior Army official said.

Major Hasan and Treason

“Major Hasan chose to ally himself with enemies of his country and kill and wound his country’s soldiers. That meets the definition of treason laid down in the Constitution: ‘Treason against the United States, shall consist only in levying War against them, or in adhering to their Enemies, giving them Aid and Comfort. No Person shall be convicted of Treason unless on the Testimony of two Witnesses to the same overt Act, or on Confession in open Court.’ And this is true whether he acted alone, as is likely, or with accomplices.”

Isn’t it about time we got back to the Constitution!

Muslim murderer Malik Nadal Hasan survives.

Command racketeers plan to bring Malik to an unconstitutional attainder court-martial.

Complicating matters is that OBAMA the Muslim is constitutionally prohibited from punishing any person under the jurisdiction of America’s War Articles (known to most as the Uniform Code of Military Justice – UCMJ).

The punishment power Congress invested in the commander in chief over America’s armed forces ceases to exist in an impostor chief executive who renders the office of president vacant.

OBAMA can’t convene an attainder court-martial because OBAMA himself is a foreign-born domestic enemy. Again, OBAMA IS an impostor office holder.

Then there is of course that pesky constitutional detail regarding the issue of ATTAINDER.

OBAMA must be arrested now then tried for TREASON.

Nadal must be transferred to civilian federal jurisdiction and tried for TREASON and MURDER.

And that’s just where we begin to get back to the Constitution!
