Information and details from Jerry Kane’s Wife:
1. On Thursday, May 20, 2010, the day of the shooting, a little after noon I received a call from someone who had received a call from someone who had received a call from someone else, stating that Jerry Kane had been involved in a shooting and they had heard about it on national news. I was stunned. I searched the internet, there was nothing about a Jerry Kane name or a Joseph Kane name in the news, that whole day. It wasn’t until Friday or Saturday when they were identified and their names were finally released to the media. When the Effa Bee eye [FBI] came to my door on Friday morning, they were extremely interested in who had tipped me off. I told them that that information would go with me to my grave. I am very grateful to the man or woman who let us know.
2. We still don’t have the police dash cam videos. Interesting to note that they had Josephs 16 year old bullet ridden bloody handcuffed corpse photo immediately up for all to see on the news. In the video (Point B) at 20 seconds you can see Joseph (you can see his blue shirt in the back of the van) helping his dog Olie get out of the window in the back of the van (Olie is the dog that lived although he’d been shot 4 times, exited the van, ran into Walmart and ran into the food section) as soon as Joseph had helped Olie out of the van, Joseph immediately went back up to the front of the van (I’m sure he did this to check on his dad) and the cops finished Joseph off. You can see the passenger window glass where Joseph was sitting bursting in a spray from a high powered rifle. Jerry and Joseph died, Jerry had his arm on Joseph’s shoulder.
3. The media initially reported that Jerry and Joseph were Hispanic drug runners. That was shown to be blatantly false. Then the media reported Jerry and Joseph were White Supremacists. That was proven to be blatantly untrue. (They didn’t see color). Then the media reported that Jerry and Joe were anti-government. That has been shown to be blatantly untrue as Jerry spoke extensively on bringing back the organic Government, where people were the power, where people had rights, not benefits and privileges. Not subject to victimless crimes. Freedom. The point is, with all the lies they’ve already told, what else have they lied about? How can anybody intelligent believe anything that churns out of that disinfo mill?
4. The only video evidence we have is the video of the police killing Jerry and Joseph. Not of Jerry and Joseph doing any killing. Perhaps some should get a refresher of Hiroshima, Nagasaki, Pearl Harbor, Ruby Ridge, Waco, Tuskegee experiment, Operation Northwoods, Operation Homerun, amongst hundreds of other government experiments, ambushes, cover ups, etc. before commenting on obvious one sided evidence. That does make me very suspicious.
5. Can you imagine shooting 2 people then 90 minutes later the alleged killers are still within 8 miles and not already be in another state with that amount of time gone by? I’ve never heard of killers say Hey, let’s go to walmart and shop, hang out…
6. A friend who speaks Russian was watching a show and alleges seeing Russian satellite tracking of Jerry and Joseph’s route from Las Vegas, NV to right by the Walmart in Arkansas, this man/woman swears there was no traffic stop, period. The implications of this, combined with the length of time that goes by with no video is more time to photoshop/alter it (there are certainly enough videos on youtube.com, google.com and privateaudio.homestead.com of Jerry and Joseph to work from (a family member of mine was one of the top 3 in the world for Photoshop, says it’s extremely easy to fake, alter, add people, delete people, add props, delete props in videos), also more time to plant evidence, more time for the media to keep spinning their unbelievable lies. I wouldn’t be too surprised if the video comes up missing, camera not turned on, etc. If a video does surface it will be professionally analyzed by several people, including my family member who is an undisputed expert in these matters.
7. If I am found dead, I don’t care how convincing any evidence would be that would make it look like it was a suicide, I would never do that, and I don’t have ‘accidents’. I have to continue Jerry and Joseph’s work and clear their good names. I believe this was an ambush, Ruby Ridge material. I will die in my sleep as an old woman, unless our wonderful government comes to my door and says “We’re here to help you”!

UPDATE (0927 hours EDT): Just spoke with Josh, a photographer at WREG News Channel 3 out of Memphis. Josh tells me Associated Press reports (among others) regarding AK-47s were premature and incorrect.
The two suspects were in possession of a shotgun and pistol.
WREG reporter Scott Noll is traveling en-route to New Vienna, Ohio this morning. Noll intends to report more about the two unidentified men shot dead yesterday afternoon in West Memphis, Arkansas.

“The events started when Evans stopped a minivan with Ohio plates, with Paudert arriving moments later as backup, Assistant Police Chief Mike Allen said. Two men got out of the van with the assault rifles and opened fire on the officers, Shelton said.
“Authorities declined to say why Evans stopped the minivan or what was found inside.
“Traffic stopped as authorities searched vehicles on I-40 looking for the suspects, who were spotted about 90 minutes later in the parking lot of a nearby Walmart, officials said.
“Dozens of officers swarmed the vehicle after a wildlife officer rammed the minivan with his car, and both suspects were shot and killed, authorities said.
“The two suspects haven’t been identified. Arkansas State Police spokesman Bill Adler declined to say whether investigators knew anything about the men, but said authorities don’t believe others were involved in the shooting.”

Colonel Brian Prickett, chief deputy with the Clinton County Sheriff’s Office was quoted below last night in the Wilmington, Ohio News Journal saying:
“The van was registered to the white supremacy church in New Vienna,” Prickett said. “That church has not been open for a long time.”

Tim thinks that there was there was more going on with that traffic stop Darren was involved in than any of us thought. I think Tim’s right….and now we know why the FBI was there in the black SUV’s.Here’s the way the facts add up:
Seems they ‘interviewed’ Darren the day before the stop and decided that he was a ‘threat,’ so they set surveillance on him. Why not arrest him? Why allow an individual threat to the safety of others to roam free? It doesn’t make sense, does it?
The FBI followed Darren into town, where local LEO’s stopped Darren.
The reason Darren was allowed to continue on his way wasn’t because he talked them out of it.
If Darren Huff was a known threat, why release him a second time, when he was already all but in custody? When he was surrounded by local, state and federal LEO’s?
When he was alone in an area where the threat to the safety of others was limited and under control? When state and federal law enforcement officers knew Darren had one weapon on his person, and possibly had another in the trunk of his car? It doesn’t make sense, does it?
Possible scenario: They released him because the FBI wanted a “right-wing extremist’ “incident” to occur.
I understand that the small town in question had a couple of hundred cops and federal agents all over it, with snipers on the roofs, two helicopters, SWAT teams… So, why release a man (not once, but twice within a twelve hour period) they had deemed to be a threat? Why allow him to go anywhere near a cityscape with a loaded weapon? Let alone two loaded weapons? It doesn’t make sense, does it?
Rumor has it that when Walt went to court yesterday, they had about 130 cops and snipers in town…Short version:They’re trying to provoke another Waco or Ruby Ridge so they’ll have a propaganda victory to use. As with Waco and Ruby Ridge, the “PTB” will provoke an incident, initiate the violence, and then blame it all on the ‘crazy, right-wing extremists.’ In both cases, they had numerous chances to arrest both parties under less stressful or dangerous conditions and under much more controlled conditions. They passed on those chances and chose another path, instead. Why? It doesn’t make sense, does it? In both cases, the government drew first blood…when all that either ‘guilty’ party wanted or desired was to be left the hell alone. Does that sound kinda-sorta familiar?
The problem is, this isn’t the 1990′s and the political, social, economic and cultural dynamics are substantially different. The “PTB” have made yet another strategic error. They may have made a tactical error, as well. What they’re going to provoke is that ‘John Brown’ or ‘Boston Massacre’ incident I keep yammering about, instead. So, in that regard, I may have been mistaken. Walt’s and Darren’s actions could provoke that “John Brown” or “Boston Massacre” incident I’ve been yammering about. …and, here, I thought they were just the precursors to those archetypes…
Well done, gentlemen. You may yet light the fuse that sets the nation on fire. Just make sure the other team pulls the trigger, first, alright? If that happens, we’re golden. (Fire and flames are inevitable. It’s just a matter of who gets to grab the moral high ground during the opening rounds.)

Just learned FBI special agents were in Sweetwater, Tennessee this morning asking questions going to character and guns.
FBI special agents in Waco, Georgia last night asking questions of former Sergeant of Marines Bill Loomin.

Darren Huff is held as a federal prisoner in the Blount County Jail (Correctional Facility).
Authorities gave out false information yesterday regarding the location for Darren’s hearing today.
Darren’s hearing was conducted this morning in a federal courtroom, not in the Blount County Justice Building. The outcome of the federal hearing is not known.
Federal marshals transported Darren to Knoxville earlier today to appear before a federal judge. The location of Darren’s hearing was not released to protect the safety of the federal officers conducting the transport.
Visitation today is not possible.
No information regarding status was authorized for release by any Blount County official (and several of them were approached). Jailers manning “Master Control” said Darren’s visitation privileges could not be determine until after Darren returned from Knoxville and his “classification” established.
No one would say when Darren was expected back to the Blount County Correctional Facility.

FBI Special Agent Reed (Reid?) initiated Darren’s federal arrest warrant Monday night, 19 April 2010. We don’t know when the federal arrest warrant was perfected and made operable. It just so happened Darren was in Tennessee when the FBI decided to arrest Darren on Friday (30 April).
FBI Special Agent Reed went to Darren’s Georgia home Friday while Darren was being arrested in Blount County Tennessee. Reed was joined by four local sheriffs (team of five law enforcement officers). Reed held a federal court order and federal search warrant to take one of Darren’s legally registered and licensed firearms.
A hearing is scheduled for Monday (tomorrow), 3 May. Time: 1000 hours (10:00 a.m. EDT). The hearing location is unknown.
0600 hours (EDT) Sunday, 2 May 2010:
Nothing heard since yesterday morning. No media reports. Darren is still in a federal lockup facility believed to be in Knoxville (unfolding).

GARY D. PETTWAY is one several principal criminal actors in events evolving since August 2009. Pettway is criminally accused of obstructing the 17 March 2009 criminal complaint naming SOETORO-OBAMA in TREASON (click here).
In January 2010 PETTWAY was exposed as a government functionary. Monroe County Tennessee circuit court judges have APPOINTED PETTWAY as the county Grand Jury Foreman for the past 27-years before 54 Grand Juries (TWO GRAND JURIES in each year). Tennessee State law prohibits any human intervention in the selection of any Juror.
PETTWAY’s obscene criminal conduct is manifestly reported to every state and federal law enforcement agency you can think to name.

Therein was created the necessity and authority to conduct PETTWAY’s Citizen arrest. Intent to carry out a series of Citizens’ arrest was made in writing to local law enforcement in early March 2010 (click here).

Darren recognized PETTWAY’s obstruction had to be overcome in order to advance the Treason complaint naming SOETORO-OBAMA.

Beyond the charge of inciting a riot Darren is charged with intending to create civil unrest. These charges are aggravated as federal authorities falsely accuse Darren of transporting weapons across state lines to carry out his alleged “riot**” and “civil unrest” in Madisonville, Tennessee on the 20th of April 2010.
FBI Special Agent Chuck Reed (Reid?) visited the Huff’s Georgia home on the evening of Monday, 19 April 2010. FBI S/A Reed questioned Darren regarding Darren’s plans for the next day.
Yesterday S/A Chuck Reed seized one of Darren’s legally licensed and registered weapons from the Huff’s Georgia home. Darren was in Tennessee at the time.
It’s reported Darren was arrested in Blount County, Tennessee.
It’s believed Darren is being held in a Knoxville, TN federal detention facility.
It’s likely no more information regarding Darren’s legal status will be made publicly available until at least Monday, 3 May (the day after tomorrow).

Between 0820 – 0905 hours local today (Saturday) another attempt to effect the Citizen’s arrest of GARY D. PETTWAY was carried out in Sweetwater, Tennessee. GARY PETTWAY lives at 1107 Broad street in this city (information taken from a memo County Clerk Martha Cook push-pinned to a public bulletin board outside Cook’s office in the Monroe County Tennessee Courthouse).
Sweetwater Patrolmen Jim “Jimbo” Kile and Police Sergeant John Brewster responded.
A Monroe County Deputy Sheriff parked farther away on a side road–purposefully out of my sight–providing back-up to the two Sweetwater Policemen (neighbors saw the Deputy who later reported on his presence).
Officers Kile and Brewster were informed regarding the plight of Darren Huff. It was explained in specific terms why the question going to GARY PETTWAY’s criminal conduct was growing and demanded reconciliation.
The two police officers were told that there are now two persons accused of inciting to riot while participating in a Citizens’ arrest of GARY PETTWAY on two different dates (1 April and 20 April 2010 (CLICK HERE and CLICK HERE).
Officers Kile and Brewster explained they had no jurisdiction to arrest PETTWAY.
It was explained and documented that Kile and Brewster did hold jurisdiction to arrest. It was made clear to both policemen they could participate and backup a Citizens’ Arrest.
They went on to explain that even holding arrest authority the two officers would need to secure an arrest warrant from a court clerk or magistrate knowing no clerk or magistrate in the state of Tennessee is authorized to issue the warrant.
Neither Kile nor Brewster accepted the authority a the Citizens’ Arrest Warrant filed in Monroe County on 1 April 2010.
Said differently, GARY PETTWAY is not merely above the law…PETTWAY is beyond its reach!
(**Note: It takes four people to riot in Tennessee. Darren was driving alone as he approached Madisonville, TN on 20 April. Darren was alone when pulled over in a felony stop by three Tennessee State Trooper cruisers and two unmarked police SUV s).
