U.S. District Judge Terrence Boyle still deciding whether Master Sergeant Hennis Attainder Court-martial is lawful

“U.S. [Federal] District Judge Terrence Boyle, the civilian judge considering the Hennis case, may render the court-martial moot.

“[Judge Boyle]… said Monday that he has not yet decided whether the Army has the jurisdiction to prosecute Hennis. Hennis’ lawyer Frank Spinner said that the defense team may ask the military judge to postpone the court-martial while the civilian judge considers the matter.”
