In October 2011 the United States Justice Department under Barack Hussein Obama and Eric Holder successfully prosecuted and achieved the conviction of a U.S. citizen based solely upon what U.S. government functionaries said they thought the accused man was thinking!

Subordinate U.S. officials directly responsible for the first successful prosecution and conviction of a U.S. citizen for a THOUGHT CRIME in United States history include U.S. District Judges H. Bruce Guyton and Thomas A. Varlan, and U.S. Attorneys William C. Killian, Jeffrey E. Theodore and A. William Mackie.

In achieving this remarkable result Obama, Holder, Varlan, Killian, Theodore and Mackie relied upon the perjury of Federal Bureau of Investigation Agents Chuck Reed and Mark A. Van Balen. 

 

Obama, Holder, Varlan, Killian, Theodore and Mackie further relied upon the perjury of their Tennessee State law enforcement partners, among them, an East Tennessee District Attorney named Robert Steven Bebb, and Bebb’s criminal associates Mike Hall, Donald Williams and Gregg Breeden.

 

Other FBI agents committing crimes against the U.S. include Scott Johnson, Mike Harrell, Roxanne J. West, Reanna Day, Adam Rowland, Marcus Veazey, Richard L. Lambert, Jr., Kenneth L. Moore, Sandra Bungo and, to be sure, FBI Director Robert Mueller. LINK

 

Other Tennessee law enforcement criminal assistants named are Andy Corbitt, Russ Winkler, and J.C. Parrot.

Knoxville, Tennessee attorneys G. Scott Green and Gerald Gulley are named as accomplices in establishing this Minority Report precedent.

SUBJECT:  Formal criminal complaint naming Barack Hussein OBAMA and OBAMA’s CRIMINAL ASSISTANTS in commission of the crime of TREASON against the United States of America.

1.    We are arrived at a point in our Nation’s life where Barack Hussein OBAMA and OBAMA’s CRIMINAL ASSISTANTS threaten the life of our Nation to the point of death. OBAMA and his CRIMINAL COHORTS install an unconstitutional, rival and competing government that replaces our United States Constitution.

2.    Mr. Obama’s unconstitutional government is thriving and growing. Under Mr. Obama the United States Constitution no longer operates. Mr. Obama and his outlaw partners enforce only their own unconstitutional, treasonous government.

3.    Mr. Obama—exposed a foreign born domestic enemy—infiltrated the White House by force of contrivance, concealment, conceit, counterfeit, dissembling, and deceit.

4.    On Tuesday, 2 August 2011 Mr. Barack Hussein Obama put into effect over his signature the Joint Select Committee on Deficit Reduction. Mr. Obama places into operation a form of government that is disconnected from the United States Constitution. The creation and operation of the Joint Select Committee on Deficit Reduction is neither the product of the amending process for the United States Constitution nor has the creation and operation of the Joint Select Committee on Deficit Reduction received the approval by Ratification of any State of the fifty United States. Mr. Obama’s signing into effect the Joint Select Committee on Deficit Reduction is an ACT of TREASON!

5.    Law enforcement officials of every stripe are paralyzed in their unwillingness to do their duty. State and Federal judges are complicit in OBAMA’s TREASON and are derelict in the performance of their duties.

6.     For members of the Federal Grand Juries: I refuse to accept the complicity of cowards. I insist and inspire YOU, the Federal Grand Jury, in the exercise of your Great Commission: The Power of Presentment. You are capable of transforming a collective fear and shame darkening this land into the peaceful exercise of constitutionally recognized law enforcement. 

7.    For FBI Special Agent-in-Charge Richard L. Lambert:  Accept a copy of this writing as a formal criminal complaint. Act upon your own law enforcement authority.

8.    For all: Be mindful and clear on this point, this point alone: We the People—in one aspect or another—are the final arbiters in this matter. We the People hold in our hands the final appeal our Declaration of Independence and United States Constitution command.

Killian, who has the ability to place it in front of two federal grand juries sitting in Knoxville, TN.”

I’m on my way to the FBI office in the Atlanta area to make sure that they are aware of what’s going on here because this needs to be pushed to the federal level for prosecution. These judges need to be arrested. The district attorneys who are doing this need to be arrested, and the court clerk, Martha Cook, needs to be arrested for jury-tampering. They are completely eliminating our Fifth Amendment rights in Tennessee. I am entitled to a fair trial. They took an oath to uphold and defend that very same constitution and the state of Tennessee’s constitution, and they are working in direct defiance of those documents when they do what they’re doing with these juries…

And now they’ve been caught!

Just left the office of the FBI after presenting them with all the evidence you provided. The Duty agent, who steadfastly refused to give his name, asked if this information had been given to the TN branch and when I said it had, he said there is no need to duplicate. Gave him a blow by blow of our talk with Jeanne and again, he seemed un concerned as it was in TN. Only when I told him that I am concerned for your safety because they would be coming after you again and you are not the type to go willingly did his ears perk up and he then said “of all the information you gave me, this concerns me the most”.

There is much work to do…
