I am afraid you are grossly mistaken. If Obamanation is not a natural born as define in the Constitution then he is not guilty of Treason.
He is a SPY. There is only one recourse to be taken for the undermining of our country by a SPY. That also includes our elected leaders who certified that he met the requirements.
If he is a natural born then yes he is guilty of Sedition. Treason is for war. I don’t consider us at war since Congress hasn’t declared it yet.

I would like an answer from Walt regarding the questions posted here by “Baker”.
I joined “someonediedformetoday” and when I contacted my e-mail list I was asked a lot of questions that are similar.
I want obama arrested, locked, up and the keys thrown away, but it seems like the questions just keep coming and I still don’t have any clear answers.
A person in Northcom stated they had received no such training as the video shows, everyone on Oath Keepers state they will not confront citizens, so all these mixed messages are confusing.
Obama is the expert on confusion, we don’t need it from here.

Forgive me if this is a dumb question, but I don’t know how else to learn but to ask. Some of us need the filing process spelled out a little more…
How exactly do we file this complaint with the courts? Is it like a general purpose type complaint? Do we just go to the clerk? Are there specific forms to be filled out and filed with the complaint? Or would that vary from state-to-state or county-to-county? Who could we contact locally to answer specific questions?

By charging an usurper sitting as President, it is not prudent to refer to him, nor charge him as President.
Legally, this would be an admission that he is indeed, President.
He must be removed by a physical arrest.
