Arnie Rosner: Judicial Corruption in Los Angeles County California

Tuesday, 12 October 2010

Governor Arnold Schwarzenegger

Senator Tom Harman

Assembly Member Van Tran

Persistent reports indicate large scale judicial corruption in Los Angeles County.  In Addition, it also appears the entire government for the state of California participated in a cover-up.
Since it appears all of you were part of the California State Government at the time of the alleged cover-up, and with an election coming up soon, would you care to comment?
Also where is the citizens of California oversight process that is guaranteed to “We the People” under the 5th Amendment of the Constitution of the United States.  None of would have been possible with the citizens right to convene independent grand juries not under the control of prosecutors or judges.
Further investigation reveals this Constitutional protection has been denied citizens of California and usurped by the creation of the

Judicial Council of California

Based on Section 2 and 8 of the California Constitution please state what authority presumes to deny the constitutional rights of the people of California to oversee their government?
Sec. 2. All political power is inherent in the people. Government is instituted for the protection, security, and benefit of the people; and they have the right to alter or reform the same, whenever the public good may require it.

Sec. 8. No person shall be held to answer for a capital or otherwise infamous crime, (except in cases of impeachment, and in cases of militia when in actual service, and the land naval forces in time of war, or which this State may keep with the consent of Congress in time of peace, and in cases of petit larceny under the regulation of the Legislature) unless on presentment or indictment of a grand jury; and in any trial in any court whatever, the party accused shall be allowed to appear and defend in person and with counsel, as in civil actions. No person shall be subject to be twice put jeopardy for the same offence; nor shall he be compelled, in any criminal case, to be a witness against himself, nor be deprived of life, liberty, or property, without due process of law; nor shall private property be taken for public use without just compensation.

    Um….what?

These rants are getting more shrill and non sensical every day.

No facts are provided. No issue to debate…just another in a series of desperate rants.

I used to come here for information.

Lately, it seems to be little more than ranting.

Look what was done in case 8CA10541- one of the ugliest stories of judicial corruption imaginable. Judge Maria Stratton jailed and denied bail to an obviously innocent women because she dared want to take her case to trial. After being abused and jailed without bail and taken to a 12 day show trial-somehow a real judge saw the light and she was aquitted, by the judge, of all charges.
