Subject: Criminal Complaint naming Barack Hussein Obama in the commission of Treason

Dear Sirs,

I Dale Laudenslager name BARACK HUSSEIN OBAMA in the commission of TREASON (further known as Barack Obama).

Barack Obama conducts an Act of War against the United States and its government by his continual and forcible resistance to the United States Constitution intent upon and successful in setting up a rival unconstitutional government. This fact impacts Pennsylvania.

I, accuse Barack Obama and his civilian and military criminal assistants of TREASON. I name Barack Obama and his criminal associates as Traitors of the United States and of The State of Pennsylvania. Barack Obama’s criminal ascension and TREASON manifests a clear and present danger to our country, and as such our state.

Barack Obama’s TREASON destroys our American constitutional protections. Under Barack Obama’s administration, the United States Constitution no longer works to protect myself or my family from a rival, overreaching, oppressive and totalitarian government.

Confident holding Barack Obama’s silent agreement and admission, I identify Barack Obama as a foreign born domestic enemy. As such, it is my duty as a United States Citizen to report and bring his crimes to your attention. Barack Hussein Obama is not my president.

Specific instances of Treason include but not necessarily limited to the following:

1. U.s. Army troops were deployed in Samson, Alabama on March 10,2009. In response to a Freedom of Information request by the Dothan Eagle (see Lance Griffm), the Department of Army Inspector General found that the armed troops deployed to Samson, Alabama violated the Posse Comitatus Act, which restrains the use of the military for civilian law enforcement purposes.

2. BARACK HUSSEIN OBAMA violated Article 1, Section 9, Clause 8 of the United States Constitution by becoming the first United States President to chair the United Nations Security Council. To Wit:

No Title of Nobility shall be granted by the United States: And no person holding any office of profit or trust under them, shall, without the Consent of the Congress, accept of any present, or Emolument, Office, or Title, of any kind whatever, from any King, Prince, or foreign State.

3. (a) Mr. OBAMA declared War on the Republic of Libya on March 17,2011 without the approval of the Congress, violating Article 1, Section 10, Clause 3 of our United States Constitution.

3. (b) Mr. OBAMA has also entered into an Agreement with the Muslim Brotherhood (Ikhwan), a foreign Power, and with the intent to sell 125 tanks to Egypt, home of the Muslim Brotherhood, violating Article 1, Section 10, Clause 3 of our United States Constitution. To Wit:

No State shall, without the Consent of Congress, lay any duty of Tonnage, keep Troops, or Ships of War in time of Peace, enter into any Agreement or Compact with another State, or with a foreign Power, or engage in War, unless actually invaded, or in such imminent danger as will not admit of delay.

4. BARACK HUSSEIN OBAMA is under investigation by California Congressman Darrell Issa for Project Gunrunner, and justice is clearly obstructed in this case as well as the Black Panther voter intimidation case.

Please see links below for charges of TREASON brought against BARACK HUSSEIN OBAMA in 2009:

FINAL ANALYSIS ofBARACK HUSSEIN OBAMA’s Certificate of Live Birth – by Douglas Vogt:

Re: Legal proof that BARACK HUSSEIN OBAMA’ s Birth Certificate is fraudulent.

Douglas Vogt has mailed a formal notice to Director Robert Mueller III at FBI headquarters stating that multiple felonies have been committed under U.S. Code section Title 18, Part 1, Chapter 47, Section 1028. (RE461679786US) and (EG41 0045020US). A copy of that notice was also mailed to Special Agent in Charge Frank Montoya in Honolulu, Hawaii. (70103090000) and (9410803699300019474252).

Obedient to the Laws of our Sacred Constitution in submission of this criminal accusation of TREASON I remain steadfast and have presented evidence to support this claim. I expect all of you to honor your oaths to uphold and DEFEND the United States Constitution.

Through patriotism in my Duty to the United States and to the beautiful State of Pennsylvania, I file this letter of complaint with your offices. I trust you will stand firm in your oaths to our United States Constitution and as such conduct a full investigation ofBarack Hussein Obama and his assistants on behalf of the federal and state tax paying citizens of the great State of Pennsylvania. Further, I trust your offices will fmd this evidence sufficient to support your legal filings of criminal complaint with the state and federal courts. I refuse to remain silent in this matter and I expect you not to either.

Copies of this complaint will be forwarded to the appropriate members of the United States House of Representatives.

Yours in Liberty,

/s/

Dale Laudenslager

LOOKIN' AT MR. DALE LAUDENSLAGER!

Just this morning [Monday, 23 November 2009] a visit was paid to my home by two agents one from the US secret service and one from the PA state police attached to the local office of the FBI. I invited them in we had a long talk. They came in regard to the criminal complaint I sent to the FBI and the fact that BO is going to be in a town very close by Allentown PA.  I told them I had no violent intensions but we do intend to remove BO from office thru the court system. I handed them the AGJ  presentments I told them they have been mailed or hand delivered to courts and public officials all over this country. They seemed satisfied took a copy of the presentments left their cards and left.

JAG HUNTER here:

This makes six reported deployments of U.S. Secret Service Agents, four supplemented by police escort, to protect the impostor in the White House.

This goes on as federal law enforcement officers sworn to the Constitution to protect you against OBAMA’S criminal escapades ignore unending, credible, cogent, compelling, and meritorious citizen criminal complaints naming OBAMA in TREASON.

What more do you need to know?

May the road rise up to meet you, may the wind ever be at your back,
May you find old friends waiting to greet you, there on the outside track.
We’re gathered together old times to remember, ’tis but for ourselves we would grieve,
So we’ll sing you a chorus and bid you farewell – fair winds and a following sea.

We’ll sing of ‘The Leaf’ and ‘The Parting Glass’, we’ll raise up our voices in song,
No sadness today for those who have passed, we celebrate with a voices glad and strong.
A catch in the throat, a tear in the eye, but no funeral dirge will this be,
We’ll roar ‘Auld Lang Syne’ as a victory song – fair winds and a following sea.

And those of us left here will miss a true friend, who shared with us good times and bad, Raising a glass to your memory we’ll say: “We’ve known you – why should we be sad?”
We honor a life that was lived to the full, we honor a spirit, now free.
You’ll long be remembered, whenever we say: “Fair winds and a following sea!”

Memorial Day
Memorial Day, the last Monday of May, is the day we honor Americans who gave their lives in military service.

This holiday was originally called Decoration Day and honored soldiers who had died during the Civil War. Immediately after the war, various towns in the North and South began to set aside days to decorate soldiers’ graves with flowers and flags. Those earliest memorialobservances occurred in Waterloo, New York; Columbus, Mississippi; Richmond, Virginia; Carbondale, Illinois; Boalsburg, Pennsylvania, and several other places.

The first widespread observance of Decoration Day came on May 30, 1868, which Maj. Gen. John A. Logan proclaimed as a day to honor the dead. General James Garfield (later the twentieth U.S. president) gave a speech at Arlington National Cemetery in remembrance of fallen soldiers, saying that “for love of country they accepted death, and thus resolved all doubts, and made immortal their patriotism and their virtue.” Afterward, 5,000 people helped decorate the graves of more than 20,000 Union and Confederate soldiers.

Over the years the day became an occasion to remember the dead in all American wars, and came to be known as Memorial Day.

On the Thursday before Memorial Day, in a tradition known as “Flags-in,” the soldiers of the 3rd U.S. Infantry place small flags before more than a quarter million gravestones at Arlington National Cemetery. They then patrol twenty-four hours a day to make sure each flag remains standing throughout the weekend. On Memorial Day the president or vice president lays a wreath at the Tomb of the Unknown Soldier in the cemetery.

USS Stark (FFG-31): Was an  Oliver Hazard Perry class of guided-missile frigate named for Admiral Harold Rainsford Stark (1880–1972).  In 1987, an Iraqi jet fired two missiles at Stark, killing 37 U.S. sailors on board. USS STARK was decommissioned on 7 May 1999. Stark was scrapped in 2006.

More of an accounting…

So, we ask again: Were they heroes? ‘Heroes are not supermen,’ Herman Wouk once reminded us, ‘they’re good men, and embodied by the cast of destiny, the virtue of a whole people in a great hour.’ And writing of the thousands of such heroes in our nation, men and women who wear our country’s uniform in this troubled peace of ours, he asked us to never forget ‘to reassure them that their hard, long training is needed, that love of country is noble, that self-sacrifice is rewarding, that to be ready to fight for freedom fills a man with a sense of worth like nothing else.’ And he said, ‘If America is still the great beacon in dense gloom, the promise to hundreds of millions of the oppressed that liberty exists, that it is the shining future, that they can throw off their tyrants, and learn freedom and cease learning war, then we still need heroes to stand guard in the night.’ ”
