"I brought the charges and I convened the Court-martial" - Rear Admiral John W. Bitoff: Lieutenant Commander Fitzpatrick's Accuser and Convening Authority!
Fitzpatrick maintains that the significance of the manner in which the proceedings occurred is that the same treatment is being meted out to Lt. Col. Terrence Lakin, who has challenged the legitimacy of orders issued by his chain of command based on questions regarding the eligibility of the putative commander-in-chief, Barack Hussein Obama, who has never proved that he meets the constitutional criteria to serve.
