“The civilian investigation is published!
“The Army’s investigation was completed, signed, and forwarded to four-starGeneral Martin E. Dempseytwo months ago. The investigation was conduced by an unnamed Lieutenant General (three stars) from theTraining and Doctrine Command (TRADOC)headquartered out of Fort Monroe, Virginia.”
The TRADOC report was forwarded to the Pentagon in April 2009 for burial with full military honors.
Make no mistake: Dempsey’s reward for laying to rest the report regarding the militarization of the civilian police force in Samson, Alabama two years ago is his promotion to the Chair of the Joint Chiefs.
Neither OBAMA nor DEMPSEY have ever explained why troops were sent into Samson. (Link)

The U.S. Court of Appeals for the Armed Forces last week threw out Ray Girouard’s negligent homicide conviction in the deaths of three Iraqi captives during a May 2006 raid on a suspected training camp for terrorists. (Link)

“At issue is whether or not Blackwood was compromised for in the past having appointed a foreman to the grand jury in Roane County, where Blackwood had presided prior to his formal retirement in 2004. There is no provision in Tennessee state law for a judge to make such an appointment, although the Tennessee Administrative Office of the Courts has admitted that it is done routinely throughout the state, citing the Rules of Criminal Procedure as justification.”

Obama is a foreign-born domestic enemy, and it was with that knowledge that Mr. Obama was named again in the commission of treason on the 17th of March of this year, again. Before that, there was a letter sent to the two sitting federal grand juries in Knoxville alerting them to the issue of the challenge to recapture the power of presentment. When those letters were mailed on the 16th and 17th of March, respectively, some five weeks ago, to the two sitting grand juries in Knoxville, copies of those letters were sent to the FBI in Knoxville and to the U.S. attorney in Knoxville, William C. Killian.
Copies of the letters dated 16 March 2011, 17 March 2011 and 6 April 2011 are held by U.S. Attorney William C. Killian (for the Eastern District of Tennessee) and by Richard L. Lambert, Jr (Special Agent in Charge of the Federal Bureau of Investigation Division in Knoxville, Tennessee)

I’m on my way to the FBI office in the Atlanta area to make sure that they are aware of what’s going on here because this needs to be pushed to the federal level for prosecution. These judges need to be arrested. The district attorneys who are doing this need to be arrested, and the court clerk, Martha Cook, needs to be arrested for jury-tampering. They are completely eliminating our Fifth Amendment rights in Tennessee. I am entitled to a fair trial. They took an oath to uphold and defend that very same constitution and the state of Tennessee’s constitution, and they are working in direct defiance of those documents when they do what they’re doing with these juries…
And now they’ve been caught!

Just left the office of the FBI after presenting them with all the evidence you provided. The Duty agent, who steadfastly refused to give his name, asked if this information had been given to the TN branch and when I said it had, he said there is no need to duplicate. Gave him a blow by blow of our talk with Jeanne and again, he seemed un concerned as it was in TN. Only when I told him that I am concerned for your safety because they would be coming after you again and you are not the type to go willingly did his ears perk up and he then said “of all the information you gave me, this concerns me the most”.
I'm back. And I'm one really ticked off sailor! Bared teeth and talons! On the war path! Taking no prisoners! Make no mistake! I'll find a way or make one!! Join the fight or get the hell outta my way!! And beware the fury of the patient man!
