Since news about the arrest of Officer Daniel Holtzclaw broke in 2014, media has been completely one-sided. It has been extremely hard to get local media to expose the FACTS of the case. The Holtzclaw family has been tremendously thankful for ABC’s 20/20 show and now Michelle Malkin’s Exclusive 2 Part Series ‘Daniel in the Den: The Truth about the Holtzclaw Case on CRTV.com where the FACTS of the case are being exposed.

Now we have an exciting new way to disclose the facts of Daniel Holtzclaw’s case to the public: Private Investigator Brian Bates, who has every single piece of discovery material and knows the case better than anyone else, will be the host of the PODCAST “HoltzclawTrial.”

This podcast will be an in-depth audio and video podcast that will be released weekly (providing two podcasts per week) with interactive Q&A between each new episode. With each episode, all the supporting documents will also be published at By the end of the series, all the discovery material will be online.

In order to get the HoltzclawTrial Podcast going, we need to raise $4,000, which will cover the cost of equipment and also reimburse Brian Bates for his time as he spends extensive hours compiling both the audio and the video versions of the podcast!

We strongly believe that having a podcast will be a very helpful tool to educate the public on Daniel’s case while we await for the appeal response.
