The discovery of classified documents at the Penn Biden Center on Monday set off a bomb in the political arena. Joe Biden, who had recently chastised Donald Trump’s handling of classified information, stating that he couldn’t understand how anyone could “be that irresponsible,” now suddenly had his own scandal to worry about.
Things only deteriorated from there. After initially framing the incident as a one-off resulting from hurried packing after Biden’s vice presidency, more documents were “found” in the president’s garage at his Delaware residence. Then, weeks later, yet another document was found in an adjacent room.
In reality, almost all of this had already taken place by the time the public was informed, with the second batch of documents being secretly reported to the DOJ on December 20th, 2022. The White House obviously wanted to give the opposite impression, though, choosing to brag about its supposed transparency in the matter, and on Thursday, Karine Jean-Pierre triumphantly announced that the search had been completed.
For a moment, the left breathed a sigh of relief. Perhaps it was all over? Surely, Biden could blame the illegal possession of all those classified documents on careless staffers who “accidentally” swept up SCI material into packing boxes. Of course, SCI material isn’t supposed to ever legally leave a SCIF, so how it even got to Biden’s vice presidential office is an issue, but hey, details, right? And yeah, the documents ended up separated out into three different unsecured locations, clearly having been moved multiple times. But is that really all that suspicious?
Of course, on Saturday, that narrative took another beating with the discoveryof a fourth trove of classified documents. This time, they were found in Biden’s filing cabinet at his home office. To say that it belabors belief that they ended up there without the president’s knowledge is to severely understate the situation. Clearly, with so many documents floating around in so many different locations, this wasn’t just some staffers haphazardly packing boxes in the final days of the Obama administration.
Yet, somehow, as big of a scandal as the possession of those classified documents is, they’ve actually served as a useful tool in revealing a possibly bigger scandal. Namely, how the Biden family garners and handles money. For example, isn’t it a little concerning that Joe Biden was paid nearly $1,000,000 as part of the Penn Biden Center, a university arm that allegedly received $61 million from the Chinese? Given he never actually taught a class, what exactly was he getting paid to do?
One of the more peculiar aspects of Biden’s political career has been his dogged subservience to the Chinese communists, and certainly, the circumstances of his entanglements warrant further investigation. There’s no doubt that would occur if we were dealing with a Republican president, and the proof of that lies in the ongoing hysteria over Donald Trump’s supposed foreign connections.
Still, his allies would dismiss Biden’s sudden enrichment as politics as usual, akin to the Clinton Foundation grift. Things get a lot worse when Hunter Biden enters the picture, and with this classified documents scandal, he has now entered the picture like the Kool-Aid man.
Just reading the top line there, things look really bad. Here, we have a probable criminal in Hunter Biden claiming on a background form that he owned Joe Biden’s house at the time when it was doubling as illegal storage for classified documents. But when you look at the form, things go from bad to worse.
For some reason, Hunter Biden claimed that he was paying $49,910 in rent for Joe Biden’s Delaware residence. The house itself is only worth $2,000,000 in today’s market (and was built for a fraction of that). Why was Hunter Biden paying $49,910 in rent to his father? Where did all that money go?
There’s been a lot of speculation about how Biden’s son, who is currently facing a criminal investigation for tax fraud, may have funneled cash to his father. That speculation picked up several years ago after a mention of “10 percent for the Big Guy” was found in one of Hunter Biden’s emails. Paying a comically large amount of “rent” to Joe Biden would seem to be a little suspicious, would it not?
On the other hand, perhaps Hunter Biden was lying on the form and didn’t actually pay nearly $600,000 a year in “rent” for his family home. That’s precisely why this stuff needs to be investigated. Yes, the classified documents scandal is a really big deal, but it feels like just the tip of the iceberg for the Biden family. Things are escalating, and none of this is going away just because CNN wills it.

Horowitz: Conservatives must stop conserving a military that no longer exists

Being pro-military was the hallmark of a Reagan conservative that informed the minds of the past two generations of conservative policy. However, conserving and even growing a military that is now irrevocably woke – a military in which you must carry a vaccine card and mask on base but can’t carry a weapon; a military where Christianity is scorned and transgenderism is embraced – is not conservative at all. Rather than Republicans throwing more money at a woke and broken Pentagon and military-industrial complex, the time has come to make systemic reforms to the purpose of the military. Then we can discuss the dollars and cents.
Our military today resembles nothing from its Gulf War-era culture. It is unhospitable to Christians and conservatives and imbued with racism, transgendersim, and coed social engineering, and nearly every official above the rank of lieutenant colonel is to the left of a Hollywood actress. Moreover, for an entire generation, the mission of our military has been muddled and primarily focused on social change, refereeing sectarian civil wars, and nation-building.

More recently, there are growing concerns that the NSA is spying on Americans, the Defense Advanced Research Projects Agency is engaged in unbridled biomedical security experimentation and hyper-obsession with vaccines, and the medical-industrial complex is inextricably tied into the transhumanist endeavors promoted by Bill Gates and the World Economic Forum. We have all taken pride in our military for most of our lifetimes, but what happens when the most powerful and expensive apparatus of your government is captured by the left? Well, now, sadly, it has become the greatest menace to our liberties. Thus, absent systemic reforms, any desire to throw endless, unaccountable spending increases at the Pentagon brass will create a bigger threat to what the Biden administration calls “domestic terrorists,” aka we the people, than to our true foreign enemies like China.
Anyone who considers himself both a conservative and a defense hawk should not be offended by this grim assessment of the military. In fact, a true defense hawk who cares about the troops should be leading the charge with intrepid fortitude to reform our military rather than empowering a woke, broken, and dangerously ideological military brass.
Yet the defense “hawks” who are truly doves, led by incoming House Armed Services Committee Chair Mike Rogers, believe that anyone who will stop the gravy train and ask questions about the military is somehow an enemy of the state. This is why he was angrier about the speaker coup than even the other moderate Republicans and appeared to lunge at Rep. Matt Gaetz on the House floor last Friday night. The establishment “hawks” are now concerned that a desire to focus on a balanced budget will spill over to their fiefdom.
Defense spending was already boosted by 10% last year, now topping $858 billion, again funding foreign escapades, biomedical tyranny, surveillance of Americans, and woke policies. The same way those who oppose a blank check without policy concessions are tagged as opposing the troops, I can suggest those who support the status quo hate the troops and hate Americans because they are empowering the current military brass, whom we should all agree are a threat to our liberties and certainly don’t scare our enemies.
What ultimately needs to happen is that before we debate spending levels in appropriations bills, we must finally have a real debate on the National Defense Authorization Act. The NDAA was designed to first lay out the priorities and vision of national defense, the role the military must play in that vision, and the scope of procurements we will need in the near term. Where do we need bases, and where are they outdated? Where do we need a military presence? Where do we need to fund allies, and are they indeed allies who serve our interests?
Then, based on those priorities, we would write an appropriations bill to fund the military. But in recent years, the NDAA has been primarily about spending levels without regard for formulating a strategic vision. This year, the NDAA must audit every theater in which our military is engaged and determine whether there is a vital national security interest there. In general, our entire defense deterrent needs to be reoriented away from the theaters we’ve been in over the past generation or two and focused like a laser beam on China.
So yes, we might need spending increases in some areas of the military hardware we all support, but there are undoubtedly foreign entanglement expenditures we can and must cut. We must also reassess the structure of the military as well. For example, as Rep. Jim Jordan recently observed, “Focus our military spending on the soldiers and not having so many generals — the ratio of general officers to enlisted individuals now is so out of whack.”
But most importantly, we must clean up the military culture itself. Here are some policies that the Armed Services Committee should focus on beginning this week rather than simply debating top-line spending levels:
- Ban the Pentagon from ever instituting a mask mandate.
- Force reinstatement and back pay for those terminated under the vaccine mandate.
- Expand parameters of religious and medical exemptions for other vaccines and permanently ban mRNA shots in the military.
- End the weaponization of the military medical system forcing behavioral evaluations on service members as forms of retaliation for whistleblowing, per the Seth Ritter story at Fort Benning. The entire Defense Health Agency needs to be overhauled to focus on military readiness rather than the biomedical Karen agenda.
- Allow our own soldiers to carry weapons on U.S. bases.
- End the Saudi training programs on U.S. military bases. After one such trainee killed three Americans in a terror attack at Naval Air Station Pensacola in 2019, the Trump administration failed to terminate the program.
- Prohibit all transgender or critical race theory training and programs.
- Cancel all green energy mandates on military hardware and vitiate any military mission “combatting” the climate. For example, the Biden administration is requiring that 60,000 vehicles be retrofitted with $50,000 battery packs (likely made in China).
- Terminate all NSA programs spying on Americans.
- A full audit of the mission and activities of DARPA and the Defense Threat Reduction Agency, particularly as it relates to their work on gain-of-function pathogens and vaccines in biolabs across the world.
- Terminate all social engineering programs lowering standards to place women in combat.
- Craft a religious liberty bill of rights ensuring that no soldier is forced to violate his religious conscience through his tour of duty in the military.
Just how broken is our military? Despite Congress halting the COVID jab mandate on the military, the Pentagon is still enforcing it on the National Guard. It demonstrates a level of malfeasance and unaccountability that stems from the GOP’s categorical affinity for all things Department of Defense. We must not forget that it is perhaps the department whose left-wing takeover is probably more consequential to our life and liberty than any other department. Commensurate with how important we regard its role is how alarmed we should be by its subversion.
Why are the so-called defense hawks not concerned about the aforementioned issues within the military?
Is this really about being a hawk for our soldiers, our national security, and the values the military is there to defense — or about being a hawk for Lockheed Martin?

The U.S. government is a corrupt, one-party authoritarian state controlled by a Globalist Uniparty of Democrats and Republicans, who steal from the American people on behalf of rich and powerful multinational interests and use the federal bureaucracy, particularly the national security agencies, to suppress dissent and deny individual rights guaranteed under the Constitution.
The American Constitutional Republic died in Arizona from yet another stolen election, the kill shot being administered by Maricopa County Super Court Judge Peter Thompson, who just dismissed gubernatorial candidate Kari Lake’s lawsuit despite overwhelming evidence of election law violations and malicious intent.
The Globalist Uniparty has been injecting lethal poison into the body politic of the American Constitutional Republic ever since the American people defied Globalist Uniparty dictates and practiced actual democracy by electing Donald Trump as President.
Recognizing that democracy was a existential threat to its survival and its iron grip control of the U.S. government, the Globalist Uniparty did everything in its power, to not only undermine the Trump Presidency, but took measures to ensure that the American people would never again pose a threat to its absolute power.

Whatever remains of the American Constitutional Republic is just an illusion deemed temporarily useful by the Globalist Uniparty until they decide to extinguish liberty permanently.
Any future resurrection of the American Constitutional Republic is now in doubt without a total rejection of the Globalist Uniparty.
The situation requires a nationwide, bottom-up, political insurgency to reverse the destructive policies emanating from globalist-occupied Washington, D.C. by establishing parallel political, governmental and economic structures, thus creating alternate centers of gravity for restoring the American Constitutional Republic.
Patriots must assume that the Globalist Uniparty and its enforcement arm, the national security apparatus, particularly the FBI, are deeply embedded in the country and it will do everything possible to sabotage any effort to resurrect the American Constitutional Republic.
Among others, the guiding principles of a bottom-up political insurgency include:
- Enthusiastic embrace of the Second and Tenth Amendments of the Constitution, rights fundamental to limiting the abusive powers of a central government.
Second Amendment: A well regulated Militia, being necessary to the security of a free State, the right of the people to keep and bear Arms, shall not be infringed.
Tenth Amendment: The powers not delegated to the United States by the Constitution, nor prohibited by it to the States, are reserved to the States respectively, or to the people.
- Control local law enforcement and and the requirement to mitigate the influence of the FBI, the Biden Department of Justice and federal agencies, in general.
- Establish single day, in-person, photo ID-verified voters, paper ballot elections.
- Eliminate anti-American political indoctrination and sexual grooming in the local educational system.
- Remove all illegal aliens from communities and restrict the activities of Non-Governmental Organizations (NGOs) supporting illegal immigration.
- Reject all federal public health policies not based on verified scientific and medical evidence and traditional ethical standards, such as informed and parental consent.
- Strictly enforce Equal Opportunity, eliminating the discriminatory practices of Affirmative Action and diversity policies.
Let us agree that the Globalist Uniparty is destructive to and, therefore, cannot co-exist with the American Constitutional Republic.
The onus is now on ordinary Americans to band together to take a stand to restore the Constitution and the rule of law, to establish political and fiscal sanity and to return the government to the people.

1. The massive police response to a peaceful assembly of American citizens in Madisonville, Tennessee on 20 April 2010 was a staged government invented crisis used to thwart exposure of massive government corruption leading back to BARACK HUESSIN OBAMA encompassing every state and federal government agency in between.
2. Today OBAMA, by his signature, encouraged, empowered and incited big and small governments to assault Americans with more invented emergencies. OBAMA laid out specific steps to government agencies, many of which were behind the 20 April 2010 fictional “domestic terrorist,” “sovereign citizen” fantasy in Madisonville, Tennessee, to imagine and create and cloak new and more effective and more sinister government fictions in the days ahead. OBAMA WANTS OUR GUNS! OBAMA’s steps include:
a. Issue a Presidential Memorandum to require federal agencies to make relevant data available to the federal background check system.
b. Address unnecessary legal barriers, particularly relating to the Health Insurance Portability and Accountability Act, that may prevent states from making information available to the background check system.
c. Improve incentives for states to share information with the background check system.
d. Direct the Attorney General to review categories of individuals prohibited from having a gun to make sure dangerous people are not slipping through the cracks.
e. Propose rulemaking to give law enforcement the ability to run a full background check on an individual before returning a seized gun.
f. Publish a letter from ATF to federally licensed gun dealers providing guidance on how to run background checks for private sellers.
g. Launch a national safe and responsible gun ownership campaign.
h. Review safety standards for gun locks and gun safes (Consumer Product Safety Commission).
i. Issue a Presidential Memorandum to require federal law enforcement to trace guns recovered in criminal investigations.
j. Release a DOJ report analyzing information on lost and stolen guns and make it widely available to law enforcement.
k. Provide law enforcement, first responders, and school officials with proper training for active shooter situations.
l. Maximize enforcement efforts to prevent gun violence and prosecute gun crime.
m. Issue a Presidential Memorandum directing the Centers for Disease Control to research the causes and prevention of gun violence.
n. Direct the Attorney General to issue a report on the availability and most effective use of new gun safety technologies and challenge the private sector to develop innovative technologies.
o. Clarify that the Affordable Care Act does not prohibit doctors asking their patients about guns in their homes.
p. Release a letter to health care providers clarifying that no federal law prohibits them from reporting threats of violence to law enforcement authorities.
q. Provide incentives for schools to hire school resource officers.
r. Develop model emergency response plans for schools, houses of worship and institutions of higher education.
s. Release a letter to state health officials clarifying the scope of mental health services that Medicaid plans must cover.
t. Finalize regulations clarifying essential health benefits and parity requirements within ACA exchanges.
u. Commit to finalizing mental health parity regulations.
v. Launch a national dialogue led by Secretaries Sebelius and Duncan on mental health.
3. OBAMA signals to his outlaw government operatives behind the outrage of the Madisonville masquerade not only to do it again, but also to learn from their mistakes and do it better in future days!
4. OBAMA represents a clear and present danger to U.S. national security, to the U.S. Constitution and to our Republican form of government. OBAMA IS A FOREIGN BORN DOMESTIC ENEMY! OBAMA. OBAMA is working assiduously to destroy America! OBAMA is putting his full weight behind taking guns and ammunition away from citizens. Guns and ammunition those citizens keep and bear to protect themselves from OBAMA’s TRYNNICAL AND DICTORIAL GOVERNMENT!

OBAMA HAS ALREADY ORDER MILITARY PERSONNEL TO ENFORCE OBAMA’S UNCOSTITUTIONAL EXECUTIVE ACTIONS! OBAMA’s illicit executive mandates and memorandum are designed to create new gun possession restrictions, to issue the toughest version of a ban on the sale and ownership and transfer of rifles; to create restrictions on high-capacity ammunition magazines, and presently orders states to conduct intensive background checks for private gun show sales and other “private sales” making way for more aggressive intrusions into the private and personal lifestyles of American citizens. OBAMA today acted to enhance federal database tracking for weapons sales. OBAMA is moving to require GPS tracking devices be used to track guns back to our homes and vehicles. OBAMA’s executive directives and memorandums work to infringe on private commercial business pressuring them to stop selling guns, gun parts and gun ammunition or by making it very difficult for commercial outlets to do so. OBAMA infringes on private gun and ammunition transfers by intensifying government restrictions and oversight regarding private gun transfers. By so doing OBAMA forces upon state governments and private business uncounted, unestimated and unfunded financial mandates.
7. Treasonous OBAMA wants any person arbitrarily placed on the on the federal government’s arbitrarily populated TERRORIST WATCHLIST to be denied purchase or ownership of guns or ammunition
8. OBAMA aggressively supports persons who arbitrarily populate the National Instant Criminal Background System (NICS). Persons who are called into the NICS by family members or associates who are hostile to gun ownership or otherwise put out by the gun owner are to be denied continued gun or ammunition ownership or purchase.
9. The traitor OBAMA promises severe financial and personal penalties and preventative imprisonment for those subjugated people and organizations that do not obey.
10. OBAMA is using government created and funded hoaxes and staged government emergencies across the nation to incite hysteria and artificial support for his DICTATORIAL and TYRANNICAL adventures.
11. OBAMA also intends to forcibly subject American citizens, as is already the situation, to use government decreed and declared mental incapacity. OBAMA works in a hand-to-glove cooperation with government mental health organizations that intent upon strengthening measures aimed at keeping guns out of the hands of those the government wrongfully declares handicapped by mental health issues.

15. As an Act of TREASON OBAMA broke into and occupies the White House by force of contrivance, concealment, conceit, dissembling and deceit. OBAMA is an undocumented illegal alien and spy. Posing as an imposter president and commander-in-chief OBAMA strips civilian command and control over the military establishment. Known military criminal actors—command racketeers such as Martin Dempsey—are free in the exercise of an extra-military government intent upon the destruction of our Republican, constitutional form of governance. There are dozens of senior military commanders no more obedient to the United States Constitution than is OBAMA.
16. OBAMA is joined in his TREASON by multitudes of civilian criminal assistants too numerous to name in this submission. I leave it to the Grand Jury, in the conduct of an independent, autonomous, and unfettered investigation, to assign specificity and particularity to the list of OBAMA’S co-conspiring outlaws.
