TREASON is when…

Friday, 1 April 2011

“The president [acts] outside of the authority of the Constitution. There is no question about that whatsoever.”

Reader comment:

Per the US Constitution

Article I, Section 8:

“The Congress shall have power to declare war, grant letters of marque and reprisal, and make rules concerning captures on land and water…”

Where was Congress when Mr. Obama attacked Libya? He told them AFTERWARD!

Article II, Section 4:

“The president, vice-president and all civil officers of the United states, shall be removed from office on impeachment for, and conviction of, treason, bribery, or other high crimes and misdemeanors.”

When the President declares war on Libya, this is a “high crime” for which impeachment is warranted. If any Congressmen or their staff read this comment, please set in motion the impeachment procedures on Mr. Obama’s actions.
