The ongoing knife fight between an indecent and horrible woman–Christine Gregoire–and a decent and honorable man–Rob McKenna–is particularly instructive regarding where the assorted state’s CIVIL lawsuits are incompetent and defective.
The multi-state civil actions can’t possibly stop the 2,400 page ObamCare legislation the House unconstitutionally passed last Sunday night and that Obama illegally, unconstitutionally signed the next Tuesday. It’s simply not possible for the combined civil complaints to sink the Dreadnought bill. It’s like “throwing spitballs at a battleship.”
These civil actions will take years to move through the courts and burden taxpayers with avoidable costs.
There is a more effective and expeditious alternative

In the linked recording you hear Dave Ross interview Gregoire on KIRO’s morning show. Ross is an indecent man. Ross is also a Democrat (NO..that’s not redundant!). In 2004 Ross ran and lost against Representative Dave Reichert in Washington’s 8th District.

Everyone,I believe, should listen to the interview of AG Rob McKenna and as a direct quote from Mr.McKenna “Lawsuits will NOT kill health care bill,just certain provisions in it” So I would beg to ask “Why do ALL politicians refuse to demand Mr.Obama open his documents and put to rest charges that he is a usurper and NOT eligible to be Potus or CIC.I don’t think it takes a mental giant to figure this out.This man is as bogus as a three dollar bill,and everything he signs,is just as bogus.Then Health Care could R.I.P.along with his other Fatwahs.

I refuse to participate in the perverting of “Free Speech”. I cringe every time I hear the words ‘Politically Correct’ or the common variations of this phrase.
The word ‘Correct’ needs no qualifier. I will say ‘Politically Corrupt’ — ‘Political Corruptness’ — or ‘Politically Incorrupt’. In the spirit of ‘Words have meaning’ I suggest that anyone who cares about being accurate refuse to go along with these inaccurate words and phrases (of which PC is only one of many).
Clearly the agenda is to confuse people and or get them to accept things they otherwise would find unacceptable. For example most people find stealing money unacceptable (even thieves don’t like having things stolen from them). So the ‘Politically Corrupt’ decide to call it something else like “Fairness” or “Social Justice”. Again the word justice needs no qualifier. In the spirit of accuracy how about the phrase ‘Commander in Thief’……
