LTC Lakin has questioned the President’s “natural born” status, as mandated by the U.S. Constitution’s Article II, Section 1. After a year of seeking answers, he has not received a definitive response either from the Department of Defense or from his Congressional delegation that would assure him of the President’s Constitutional eligibility.

Obama had his name changed when he was adopted.There has not been any proof shown that he had it changed back to Obama.Everything he has done or signed using the name Obama is illegal unless he can show he has legally changed his name back to Obama.Why is this fact not being included to show he is a fraud?

Good Day. I have served in the Armed forces for over 20 years. I’m currently deployed in my 3rd tour. For whatever reason’s I never let my public service or my commitment to duty be affected.
Pvt. Lakin need to research his “Army Values” and grow some…[language].

Executive Order 13489 – Presidential Records:
The law Obama thought he was modifying to protect his pre election records still does not cover his personal records; only the records that are managed by the Archivist:
Specifically exempt 44 USC 2201-7:
(B) does not include any documentary materials that are
(i) official records of an agency (as defined in section 552 (e) [1] of title 5, United States Code);
(ii) personal records;
(iii) stocks of publications and stationery; or
(iv) extra copies of documents produced only for convenience of reference, when such copies are clearly so identified.
Also:
(3) The term “personal records” means all documentary materials, or any reasonably segregable portion therof,[2] of a purely private or nonpublic character which do not relate to or have an effect upon the carrying out of the constitutional, statutory, or other official or ceremonial duties of the President.
Basically, Obama can only protect records which are derived from his tenure immediately preceding swearing in, and while he was in Office. Other records are covered by the Privacy Act just as your records or my records are covered.
His birth records are not protected. They are state records.
The Hawaii Governor has committed a fraudulent crime against the people of Hawaii through deception. That deception, I find, has migrated to a conspiracy when the expansion of the first crime affects someone else (or someone else in the future). We need to impeach Pelosi, Reid, the Gov of Hawaii, and any other individual blocking the truth and who has entered into this now CONSPIRACY crime (Obama himself).
Pelosi and Alice Germond (Sec of DNC – 2008) fed off the initial Hawaii Governor action by futhering the conspiracy in a false certification of Obama and Biden as candidates for President/Vicepresident Respectively, through intentional deletion of the “clause about Constitutionally qualified”. Read this one for yourself anywhere on Internet.
The progressive lies, deception, and conspiracy has continued through items such as EO 13489, EO 13552 (Mods to a 200 year old UCMJ to protect someone who is deemed a terrorist, and who murdered US Soldiers at Ft. Hood). To learn the truth, download the 2008 MCM PDF from internet and then download the Federal Register EO 13552 PDF. Copy and merge the two documents according to the change notice. Strike through the MCM text and put the EO13552 text in red. Then read several times the suttleness of the changes and be your own interpreter. Do not believe what I write or anyone else. Do your own homework. Then get mad and vote in November.

Obama admitted on a U Tube video that he was Born in Kenya and that his family had been Muslim for generations. I saw the video with me own eyes and there is no doubt that it was all true. The fate of the Nation hangs in the balance. Play the video to the court, end of issue. And find out who has orchestrated the secret assault on our countries government. Then turn the Army on them!!
