Sergeant First Class (E-7) Michael Hubbard clicked out the missive below commenting on Army Doctor, Lieutenant Colonel Terrence Lakin’s stance regarding the issuance of unlawful orders.
Responsive to so many questions asking whether active duty troops would take up arms against Americans in the Homeland Sergeant Hubbard’s comment is repeated here for emphasis.
Sergeant First Class Hubbard writes:
“Good Day. I have served in the Armed forces for over 20 years. I’m currently deployed in my 3rd tour. For whatever reason’s I never let my public service or my commitment to duty be affected.
Pvt. Lakin* needs to research his “Army Values” and grow some …[language].”
Translated what this represents is an open declaration by an active duty trooper that there are career soldiers on active duty now who will follow SOETORO-OBAMA’s unlawful orders to take to our streets in the exercise of Martial Law when SOETORO-OBAMA issues those orders again (recall the Samson, Alabama troop deployment).
Sergeant Hubbard is okay with detaining you, or taking away you guns, or shooting you.
Hubbard here pledges his duty to Army “values” and his commitment to continued and aggressive dismemberment of Our Constitution.

I doubt this scum bag is a soldier…more than likely a kid who plays war game videos all day.
Most of the folks I know who are still on active duty (and I am a retired Master Sergeant USAF) would never stand for hurting fellow citizens through any acts of agression ordered.

The US Government has, on occasion, fired on unarmed Americans. I have never known them to fire on armed ones. Says a lot, doesn’t it?

Understanding the U.S. Constitution is primary to understanding the sworn oath of service.
An illegal order remains that way no matter where it originates from or who gives it. Through the chain of command the CIC is ultimately culpable and in some cases with regard to military officers, directly responsible for orders given whether verbal, implied or written.
In the case of Obama’s natural born citizen status, the DNC failed to lawfully vet Obama, instead putting his COLB up as evidence that did nothing but circumvent the requirements.
When questions arose about John McCain’s natural born citizen status he was required to produce the long form birth certificate and other pertinent documents.
Barak Hussein Obama has not done that, instead he has spent millions to obfuscate his real status.
In light of his refusal to prove beyond doubt that he is legitimate, Obama’s status as CIC is highly questionable. Obama could easily dispel the rumors by simply producing his long form BC.
Any officer has the duty to question orders from a questionable source, namely the CIC who by all indications is not legitimate.

I, (name), do solemnly swear (or affirm) that I will support and defend the Constitution of the United States against all enemies, foreign and domestic; that I will bear true faith and allegiance to the same; and that I will obey the orders of the President of the United States and the orders of the officers appointed over me, according to regulations and the Uniform Code of Military Justice. So help me God.”
Note that defending the Constitution comes first, and it comes before obeying the orders of the President. Consider also these sections from the Uniform Code of Military Justice, which is referenced in the military oath:
883. ART. 83. FRAUDULENT ENLISTMENT, APPOINTMENT, OR SEPARATION
Any person who–
(1) procures his own enlistment or appointment in the armed forces by knowingly false representation or deliberate concealment as to his qualifications for the enlistment or appointment and receives pay or allowances thereunder; or
(2) procures his own separation from the armed forces by knowingly false representation or deliberate concealment as to his eligibility for that separation; shall be punished as a court-martial may direct.
884. ART. 84. UNLAWFUL ENLISTMENT, APPOINTMENT, OR SEPARATION
Any person subject to this chapter who effects an enlistment or appointment in or a separation from the armed forces of any person who is known to him to be ineligible for that enlistment, appointment, or separation because it is prohibited by law, regulation, or order shall be punished as a court-martial may direct.
